Photo Release Authorization

I hereby grant permission to the Quad City Sailing School/Lake Davenport Sailing Club to use photographs and/or video of me taken while participating in the May 20–25 sailing school session in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications used to promote the organization's activities and mission.
